Blue-Green Power Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1/2 fresh or frozen banana
- 5 leaves romaine lettuce
- 4 inches (10 cm) cucumber
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) goji berries
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) hemp seeds
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) raw honey
- 1 cup (250 ml) ice
- 2 cups (500 ml) water (more or less to desired consistency)
Preparation
1. Add all ingredients to blender, and process until smooth. If you don’t have the best blender in the whole world, blend some of the liquid ingredients first, then add the tougher stuff.
