Blueberry Sauce

Make this blueberry sauce to liven up plain yogurt or your every day breakfast oatmeal.

  • 3 cups blueberries
  • 1/3 cup confectioners’ sugar
  • Zest of one lemon
  • 2 teaspoons water


1 Place ingredients in medium saucepan.
2 Cook over medium heat for about fifteen minutes, until liquid develops and blueberries become tender but still hold their shape.
3 Cool and store in covered container in fridge until ready to serve.
