Bubbie Sadies Pineapple Cheese Cake

Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1/4 c. margarine , softened
- 2 c. flour
- 6 T. sugar
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 2 eggs 1 (20-oz) can crushed pineapple, well drainedFilling:
- 1 lb. cream cheese , softened
- 4 Eggs
- 1 1/2 C. Sugar
- 3 c. milk
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Cinnamon
- 6 T. flour

Preparation
1 Crust: Mix all ingredients (except pineapple); roll and fit in a 13x9 inch pan. Spread the well-drained pineapple on the crust.
2 Filling: Combine 1 pound cream cheese with 1 1/2 cups sugar. Add the lemon juice, flour and 4 eggs, one at a time. Beat until smooth. Slowly add milk. Pour gently onto pineapple spread crust. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
3 Bake at 350 for 50 minuets. Turn oven off; leave cake in the oven for another 50 minutes. Enjoy!
