Cabbage Slaw With Cashews And Mango

Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded red cabbage
- 2 cups shredded white cabbage
- 1 cup mango, cubed
- 1 red onion, diced
- 1 cup salted cashews
Dressing:
- 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
Preparation
1. Combine dressing ingredients and pour over slaw.
Note: Serve alongside any protein, such fish.
