Caribbean Kebobs
Infuse your steak kebobs with the flavors of the caribbean with the addition of fresh pineapple and teryiaki sauce, yummy!!!

Ingredients
- 1 pound rib roast/steak, cubed
- 1 cup cubed pineapple
- 1 red pepper, cubed
- 1⁄4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1⁄4 cup pineapple juice
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 scotch bonnet chili, finely diced (or use 1 tablespoon hot sauce)
- 1⁄2 cup chopped cilantro
Preparation
1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Marinate overnight.
3. Skewer everything in the order you prefer. Grill on high heat for 3 minutes per side.
4. Serve immediately.
