Carmelized Onion and Asparagus Pizza

Ingredients
- Pre-made pizza dough (whole wheat)
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 onion, sliced
- 6 asparagus cut 3 times
- 2 cloves of garlic unpeeled
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/4 goat cheese
- 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- sprinkle of cornmeal
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Preparation
1 Put pizza stone in the oven and heat to 400 degrees, while heating place garlic cloves on stone to roast
2 Add olive oil to small skillet and heat, add onions and keep on low heat until they begin to caramelize, salt onions to taste
3 Once onions caramelize (approximately 20 minutes) add in asparagus and sautee 5 minutes
4 Add balsamic vinegar to skillet and sautee for 2-3 minutes, remove from heat
5 Take pizza stone out of the oven, sprinkle cornmeal on the stone, stretch dough and place on stone, put in oven for 5 minutes
6 Peel garlic
7 Remove from oven, spread roasted garlic across crust
8 top with tomato sauce then with asparagus and onion mixture
9 add mozzarella, goat cheese and parmesean cheese
10 Cook in oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown, cut and serve immediately
