I’m not sure what this recipe is exactly. It came about because the only things we had in the house for supper were a half a package of chicken cutlets and a half a package of chopped meat. They weren’t enough by themselves, so I threw them together into a skillet and added whatever vegetables I happened to have in the house for good measure. The results were quick, easy, and unexpectedly delicious.

  • 2 stalks celery diced
  • 1/2 can beans
  • 1 8 oz can tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • dash pepper

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a skillet. Brown the meat and cook the chicken in the skillet at the same time.
  • When chicken is fully cooked and meat is browned, add all veggies, beans, & tomato sauce. 3. Dump in spices. 4. Fill can of tomato sauce with the water and swish it around. Add to pan. 5. Bring mixture to boil. Once boiling lower to simmer and cover. Cook for ~ 15 minutes or until carrots are soft.
