- 1 lb. chinese broccoli (found at an asian market)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced or grated
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. coarse salt or to taste
1 Heat oil in large saute pan over medium heat.
2 Add chinese broccoli and garlic, saute until wilted, sprinkle with coarse salt.
