- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup stock of choice
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 cup diced pumpkin or butternut squash
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon ground oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 stalks of celery, coarsely chopped
- 3 cups cubed, day-old bread
