I was given some beef back ribs but when possible I want to get a rack of some beef short ribs. I normally do pork spare ribs because I love the flavor but to day we do beef. . .
Yay, so happy it came out great.
This dish came out perfectly. Made last night along with your apple slaw recipe and it was a great Monday night dinner. So easy to prepare. The rub was very tasty. Easy clean up as well as when I unwrapped the foil for the broil, after I took the ribs out it, just tossed the foil away. No mess in the pan.
