About Naomi Hazan

My name is Naomi Hazan and I’m a self-taught chef based in New York. I’ve been in love with food for as long as I can remember and credit that mostly to my strong Middle Eastern roots and family. I started cooking at the age of twelve for family, holidays, and small get togethers among my friends. Today I cater for all types of affairs from intimate sheva brachots to events that hold two hundred people. I’ve always had a strong belief that good food is one of the best ways to bring people together. After all, some of the best times are shared over a great meal.

I’ve experimented with fava beans in the past and they made delicious falafel! Are you allergic to those as well? I’m not sure what youre asking about the tabbouleh and couscous, but if you’d like to put them to use before pessach there are so many delicious recipes to find on this site! It’s very simple just use the search tool.

I have a whole bunch of Tabbouleh left over, wondering if I could improvise with it. Also what about couscous? I am allergic to chick peas (most legumes) so trying to think of alternatives. There is just me in my household so I am looking for different ways to use what I have.
