- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 1 bunch bok choy, sliced in halved and cleaned well
- coarse salt to taste

1 Place a large pan over medium-high heat. Add olive oil. Once hot add garlic and bok choy, stirring until it begins to wilt and turn bright green.
2 Take off from heat, sprinkle with salt and serve. It can also sit and be served at room temperaure.
