Gefilte fish never tasted so good and was never so easy to make. I have no idea who sent me this recipe but my kids love it.

- 1 loaf frozen gefilte fish, partially thawed
- 2-3 cups spicy and chunky marinara or pizza sauce
- Olive oil
1. Slice the partially frozen fish into portions and fry in some hot oil for a few minutes on each side, until lightly browned.
2. Pour sauce over all.
3. Cover and simmer for an hour or so.
Tip: I usually make this in advance and serve cold. This recipe can be doubled or tripled.
