Heart Attack Balls

The title says it all. It is not a healthy snack. But they are delicious!

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 12 slices good pastrami or beef bacon
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • Vegetable or peanut oil for deep frying


1 Cut chicken into 3-inch long by 2-inch wide pieces.
2 Wrap chicken with 1 piece pastrami fake bacon.
3 In a bowl, whisk flour, water and cream together.
4 Heat Vegetable oil to 360°F. 

5 Dip rolls into batter, then drop into fryer. 
6 Work in batches of 7. 
7 Remove when they are golden brown; about 7 minutes.
