Ingredients
- 5 Yukon gold potatoes, cubed
- 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh sage, chopped
- 1/2 tablespoon fresh oregano
- 1/2 tablespoon fresh thyme
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1/2 tablespoon onion powder
- 1/2 tablespoon black pepper
- Sprinkle of paprika
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- Salt
Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 435°F.
1. Rinse and dry cubed potatoes, then season with all the spices. Bake for 15 minutes then reduce heat to 350°F for 20 minutes, until golden brown.
