Hibiscus Sangria
Hibiscus flowers are not only gorgeous on your patio or balcony; they make a tart and beautiful sangria as well. Hibiscus is chock-full of vitamin C and blood- pressure lowering qualities. this sangria is perfect for a summer BBQ or luncheon.

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons hibiscus flowers (organically grown)
- 2 ounces water
- 1 bottle of dry white wine
- 3 cups lemonade (fresh lemons, please!)
- 2 small oranges, sliced
- 2 limes, sliced
- 1 pint strawberries, sliced
- 1 pint of blueberries
- 2 lemons, sliced
- ice
Preparation
1 Bring water to light boil, turn off heat and add the hibiscus flowers. Cover and steep for 20 minutes.
2 Strain hibiscus into desired container, add remaining ingredients and stir. Garnish each glass with a lemon slice.
