Honey Mustard Chicken Cutlets

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup mayo
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon Gold's mustard
Preparation
Dip cutlets into egg and breadcrumbs. Fry in oil. (For a healthier version, bake covered for 1/2 hour at 350.)
Combine all other ingredients and pour over chicken cutlets in a 9x13 pan or baking dish. Bake uncovered for 15 minutes.
