- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 whole garlic clove
- ½ teaspoon ground cumin
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons zaatar spice
1. Combine chickpeas, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, cumin and salt in a food processor and blend until smooth.
Spread on toasted No Knead Artisan Bread and sprinkle zaatar spice on top.
