Iced Mexican Coffee

Mexican Iced Coffee

If you allow the cinnamon sticks to steep for a few minutes in the hot coffee, the flavors will intensify and become even richer.

  • 4 cinnamon sticks
  • 1⁄4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 32 ounces freshly brewed coffee
  • Whipped cream


1. Place ice cubes and 1 cinnamon stick in each of 4 glasses. 

2. Stir brown sugar into coffee. Pour 8 ounces of coffee into each glass. 

3. Top with whipped cream. 

Serve with Vegetable Empanadas.
