Ingredients

1½ cups sour cream
Juice of one lime
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 jalapeño finely diced

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan.
Cook on low heat until all the cheese melts.
Serve immediately.
Alternatively, preheat your oven to 350°F. Combine ingredients in an oven-safe dish. Cook until cheese is bubbling. Serve immediately.
Prep ahead: Combine ingredients. Store in refrigerator, covered, until ready to bake in oven or cook on stovetop.
