You can really make these with any dressing, home made or store bought, they are so good and so healthy.

- 1 bunch kale
- 1/4 cup Wafu Original Dressing
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 Wash kale well and take leaves off stems, cut into large pieces.
2 Coat with dressing and lay out on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
3 Turn oven onto lowest setting, put tray inside and leave the oven a crack open, I use a towel to keep it open. Let cook for 4-5 hours until dried like chips. Store in ziplock bag.
