This was the first recipe my husband made by himself and it was easy enough for him to do with zero instructions.
This is an easy recipe that is in our rotation about once every two weeks.

- 4 fillets fresh salmon
- 2 lemons
- 2 tablespoon dill
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Preheat the oven to 350.
Pour the juice of one lemon over the fillets of salmon. Pour the dill over the salmon and put one slice of lemon over each fillet.
Cook the salmon in the oven until no longer pink on the inside, about 20-30 minutes. The internal temperature should be about 140 with a meat thermometer.
While cooking the fish we have brown rice in our rice cooker and a vegetable (usually broccoli) steaming in the basket above.
