This glaze really lives up to its name. Serve on top of ice cream, cupcakes, or our fun and colorfully topped DIY Dozen Doughnuts.

- 1½ cups confectioner’s sugar, sifted
- 2 tablespoons whole milk
- Pinch of kosher salt
- 1 vanilla bean, cut in half lengthwise and seeds scraped out
1. Whisk sugar, milk, salt, and vanilla bean seeds in a medium bowl until smooth.
2. Spoon or drizzle over doughnuts. If glaze becomes too hard, add a teaspoon of milk to thin it out.
