Nutty Chocolate Sauce

  • 3 oz pareve dark chocolate, broken into pieces
  • 1/2 cup boiling water
  • 1 heaped tsp almond butter
  • 1 Tbsp syrup (maple or similiar would work)
  • 1/2 cup non-dairy creamer


1.  Melt the chocolate , boiling water, peanut butter and syrup in a double boiler or in the microwave.   When completely melted, remove from the heat and whisk in the non dairy creamer.

2.  Serve warm or cold over the chocolate ice cream.
