Orange Salad


its light, yummy and healthy. its a perfect salad to have for anytime of the day.

  • 3 tangerines, peeled
  • 1 brown mushroom, sliced
  • 1/2c whole pecans
  • 2c baby romaine lettuce
  • 1/8c olive oil
  • 1/8c red semi dry wine
  • 1tsp black pepper
  • 3tbsp honey


Lay in a bowl or on a plate: lettuce, tangerines, mushrooms, pecans.   Make the dressing: shake well olive oil, red wine, black pepper and honey. Pour dressing over salad.
