Parmesan Crisps
One of my favorite food trends of the moment is Parmesan Crisps. They are versatile and add a bit of excitement to any plate. It is easiest to make flat crisps, like a cracker, but you can be very creative with the shape. My friend Miri molds them into a cup the shape of a flower and fills the cup with salads and dips. You can use these delicious crisps
to decorate any dish or as a healthy alternative to crackers.

Ingredients
- Natural & Kosher grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
1 Preheat oven to 400˚ F. Line a large baking pan with a silicone mat or parchmentlined baking sheet.
2 Pour a heaping tablespoon of Natural & Kosher grated Parmesan cheese onto the baking sheet and gently flatten with a spatula. You can mold it to any shape you desire
by using cookie cutters.
3 Repeat with the remaining cheese, leaving about 2 inches between them.
4 Bake about 10 minutes. Take it out of the oven, let it cool on the baking sheet and gently remove with a thin spatula.
5 Variation: you can add some extra kick to this recipe just by adding a few ingredients to the grated cheese.
Try thinly chopped rosemary leaves, or add 1/8 tablespoon of cayenne pepper or garlic powder.
