  • 2c peanut butter
  • 1c margarine
  • 1c sugar
  • 2c flour
  • 1/2c almond milk
  • 2c bittersweet chocolate chips
  • 1 box graham crackers


Peanut butter brownie:
In a small pot, melt margarine, peanut butter and sugar. stir till the sugar is dissolved and mix is smooth. remove from heat, pour batter into a mixing bowl and add flour. mix and let refrigerate for about 1-1 1/2 hour.(dough should be dough like.) once dough has chilled spread and pat down the dough in a square tin baking pan. in a sauce pot melt chocolate chips with milk over a low flame, then pour the chocolate evenly over the dough mix covering it completely. crush the graham crackers in a food processor till its crumbs. then sprinkle the crumbs over the chocolate covering it completely. refrigerate for 20 minutes so chocolate gets firm. I used a circle cookie cutter to shape mine.
