- 2 bagels, sliced
- 1/3 cup pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Choice of toppings: sliced mushrooms, sliced olives, sliced cherry tomatoes,
Preheat oven to 360F/180C.
1. Place bagels cut side up on a sheet pan.
2. Top each bagel half with pizza sauce, cheese and toppings of choice.
3. Bake for 10 minutes.
