These Pulled Beef Lettuce Wraps make a great low-carb and fresh alternative to tacos. Add your favorite toppings like avocado, tomatoes, and cilantro and give these a Southwestern twist.

  • 8 Boston lettuce leaves
  • ½ cup Jack's Gourmet BBQ Pulled Beef Brisket
  • Garnish: pickled onions, carrots, jalapeño pepper, and fresh herbs


1. Fill each lettuce leaf with 2 teaspoons of pulled beef. 

2. Top with pickled onions, carrots, jalapeño, and fresh herbs, and serve.
