This is the freshest, sweetest apple juice ever, and a great way to use apples that no one wants to eat anymore. you can use any apples you have on hand. The sweeter the apple, the sweeter the juice will be.

- 1 pound apples, cored
1. Blend apples in a blender or food processor.
2. In a very fine mesh strainer or with a thin dishtowel, strain juice from apple pieces in a large bowl for about an hour.
3. Refrigerate until ready to use.
