Red and Green Coleslaw

  • 2 cups packaged coleslaw mix
  • 1 cup packaged shredded red cabbage
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • ½ cup packaged shredded carrots
  • 1 cup regular or lite mayonnaise
  • ½ cup pickle relish
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper


1. In a salad bowl, mix coleslaw, cabbage, onions, and carrots together.

2. In a small bowl, whisk mayonnaise, relish, sugar, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Toss dressing with slaw.
