Roasted Mesquite BBQ Brisket

  • 4-5 pound brisket
  • 6 piece garlic
  • 1 cup Gold's BBQ Sauce
  • 3 medium onions chopped


Slice garlic cloves into 3 pieces lengthwise. Make deep cuts in the brisket and put garlic piece into each cut, then pad the meat with your favorite Mesquite BBQ Rub. Store mean in the ziplock or wrap it with the plastic wrap and overnight it in the fridge.

Next day pre-heat oven to 300 degrees. Put meat into oiled tray, pour Gold's BBQ Sauce into the tray.

Roast for three hours.

Optional: add sauteed onions into the tray with the brisket.
