Root Beer Float

The Root Beer Float is an old American classic and is usually made with vanilla ice cream. It is easy to make this non dairy with the many non dairy ice cream’s available or making your own.

Ingredients

• regular or non dairy vanilla ice cream
• Root Beer

Instructions

• Spoon a scoop of ice cream into a tall glass and pour the Root Beer over top slowly, only adding more once the foam subsides.  Serve with a spoon and straw.
