- ½ cup fresh or frozen strawberries or blueberries
- ½ cup frozen cherries
- 1 tablespoon goji berries
- ½ cup plain nonfat yogurt
- 1 teaspoon honey
Preparation
1. Combine beets, strawberries, cherries, goji berries, yogurt, and honey in a blender and puree until smooth.
