Salami and Eggs

A classic dish that never gets old.

  • 8 ounce salami
  • 8 large eggs
  • black pepper to taste


Cut up salami into 1/4 inch chunks.

Heat frying pan over medium high heat.  Add salami to the hot pan and cook until they are browned and crispy, 2-3 minutes.

Beat eggs in a bowl and add them to the pan.  Stir it up like you are making scrambled eggs.  Cook until desired consistency, some like eggs more wet and some drier.  Serve with black pepper.
