Sea Bass Ceviche in Cucumber Cups

Serve this flavorful easy to make ceviche in scooped out cucumber cups for an elegant presentation. Ceviche is raw fish marinated in a citrusy sauce that sort of cooks the fish in a perfect way.

  • 5 oz. of sea bass
  • 10 Persian cucumbers
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced small
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced small
  • 1 mango, diced small
  • 1/2 onion, diced small
  • 1 oz. sugar
  • 4 oz. cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 1½ fresh limes
  • Salt and pepper, as needed


1 Combine all ingredients except cucumbers together.
2 Peel and slice cucumber into rounds. Scoop out inside using a small melon baller and fill with mixture.
