Slow Cooker Hamburger Soup

This is a great recipe to put up any winter morning and to come home to on a cold winter night. Hot soup with ground meat and orzo (or pasta) that has been simmering all day. Mouthwatering just to think about it!

Yes, you can put it in at the same time, you just might want to add more water about 1 cup should do and be careful not to let it cook too long.

Can you put the pasta in earlier so you don’t have to cook it? If so, how much earlier?

Just want to confirm – is this recipe for raw meat or cooked meat into the crock pot?
