Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs
- 4 chicken legs
- 3 large onions (sliced) 5 small ones (sliced)
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon white vinegar
- 2 1/2 tablespoon honey
- 1 pinch stevia or 1 teaspoon of brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoon whole wheat flour OPTIONAL
Preparation
1. Take out a sauce pan and put in 2 tablespoons of olive oil - put on low temperature
2. Put in the onions and garlic and saute until nice and soft and some-what brown
3. Pour in the vinegar, the pinch of Stevia and the honey - stir around until fully mixed it (add the pepper and 1 tablespoon of salt *and any other spices you prefer) **you may also add the flour if you want to make it crispy
4. Take out a foil pan and put the 1 tablespoon of olive oil in. Use the other 1 tablespoon of salt and salt the uncooked naked chicken and place in the pan.
5. Pour the onion sauce over chicken and cook in oven on 350 degrees F for about 30 minutes (flip chicken over half way through cooking)
