This easy recipe for chocolaty and gooey S’mores Bark has only 3 ingredients. You can use store-bought graham crackers or make your own with this recipe.

Ingredients

  • 7 ounces bittersweet chocolate we recommend either: 2 (3.5-ounce Schmerling dark chocolate or one (7-ounce) bar of Shufra baking chocolate)
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 8 graham crackers chopped into 1-inch cubes

Instructions

  • In a double boiler (a glass bowl over a pot of simmering water) melt the chocolate.
  • Once chocolate melts, remove from heat and mix in marshmallows and graham cracker cubes.
  • Pour over parchment paper and spread it out to an even thickness.
  • Top with sea salt.
  • Allow to cool and break into large chunks.
  • Store in sealed container or ziplock bag in a cool environment.

    Questions:
    Can chocolate chips be used?
    Graham crackers are in sheets of 4 sections. What does 8 graham crackers mean? Is it the whole sheet?

      Yes chocolate chips will work, but make sure they are good quality real chocolate for best results. 8 crackers refers to the whole sheet, but for this recipe you can also use what you like. If you want more crackers or less you can adjust as you go.
