Preparation
Boil water in a small pot; place an egg on a spoon and gently place in the boiling water to prevent cracking. Cook egg for 3 minutes and then run under cold water. Meanwhile, toast 2 pieces of bread and when golden brown spread with salted butter. Cut the toast into little squares and place in bottom of bowl. Crack the egg in the center by using a spoon and scoop out the egg yolk and white unto the toasted bread. Mix well so all the bread gets coated with the egg. Add salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
