spinach calzone

You can use store bought pizza dough, but we have a simple no knead recipe using 100% whole wheat flour that you can keep in the fridge until ready to use. Plus this recipe freezes well so make a double or triple batch, everyone loves them.

  • 1 lb. frozen spinach thawed and drained

  • ⅔ cup mozzarella cheese
  • ⅔ cup shredded parmesan
  • 1 tablespoons fresh basil or 1 teaspoon dried
