Cool off with this strawberry sorbet, quick and simple to make and perfect for all your extra strawberries when they're in season, but equally easy to make with frozen strawberries any time.

- 1 cup juice (grape or apple)
- ¼ cup agave or sugar
- 1 quart fresh strawberries, stems removed, quartered
- 4 tablespoon lemon juice
1 Combine all ingredients in blender. Puree.
2 Pour into ice cream maker and churn for at least 30 minutes.
3 Optional: strain strawbery mixture before pouring into ice cream maker if you want to remove the seeds.
