Sweet Figs and Ricotta Crostini

Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh figs, thinly sliced
- 1 cup ricotta
- 1 tablespoon honey, plus extra for drizzle
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Preparation
1. Combine the ricotta, honey, lemon zest, and salt and spread on toasted No Knead Artisan Bread.
2. Top with thin slices of fresh figs, and drizzle with more honey.
