Tahini Breakfast Toast
There are lots of good reasons for tahini to be part of your breakfast. It’s high in iron, calcium, and many other vitamins and minerals. While also high in calories, a little does go a long way.

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon raw 100% tahini
- 1 slice whole-grain bread, toasted
- ½ teaspoon date honey
- 4 pistachios, chopped or 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
Preparation
1. Spread tahini on toast.
2. Drizzle date honey and sprinkle pistachios or sesame seeds.
