Teriyaki Salmon
This classic asian preparation of salmon will make a quick dinner any time. You can bake or broil, but I prefer to pan sear. Served along side some sautéed zucchini and a bowl of rice it is a complete meal.

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 6 salmon fillets
- toasted sesame seeds (optional)
Preparation
Prepare salmon by removing the skin, if necessary. Lay fillets out on a plate. Brush both sides with teriyaki sauce and let marinate for about 20 minutes.
Heat a large pan over medium high heat, and place the salmon top side down into the hot pan. Cook about 5 minutes, turn over and cook for another 5 minutes. If your salmon is thick and you prefer it well done, place in a hot oven to finish cooking.
Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds before serving if desired.
