Tofu Sour Cream and Chives

This non dairy, tofu sour cream with chives is easy to make and the perfect topping to my mini latkes or a baked sweet potato for that matter. Make a big batch and use all week long.

  • 1 cup silken tofu
  • 1-2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh chives


1. Place all ingredients in a food processor (or blender).

2. Blend until smooth.  Stir in the chives.  

3. Store in the refrigerator in a covered container until ready to use.
