Tropical Frozen Yogurt with Mango Coulis
The mango coulis in this recipe is easy to make and delicious as a topping for many desserts. Save any remaining coulis in the refrigerator for later use, such as a drizzling over delectable chocolate brownies.

Ingredients
For Mango Coulis:
- 1 cup ripe mango, peeled, pitted and chopped, or chopped frozen mango, thawed
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 to 4 tablespoons honey or more, to taste
For Tropical Frozen Yogurt:
- 1 cup fruit-flavored or vanilla frozen yogurt
- 1 tablespoon granola
- 1/4 cup chopped assorted fruit such as kiwi, papaya, mango, pineapple
- 2 teaspoons Mango Coulis
Preparation
For Mango Coulis:
Place mango, lemon juice, cinnamon, nutmeg and honey in a blender or food processor and puree until smooth.
Yield: 3/4 cup of Mango Coulis
To Assemble Yogurt:
Place yogurt in a small bowl and top with granola, assorted fruit and Mango Coulis.
