Switch up your morning breakfast with this blend of turmeric, almond milk, and dates. Chia seeds are a natural source of protein and help thicken the smoothie, while dates give it some natural sweetness.

  • 2 teaspoons freshly grated turmeric or 1 teaspoon ground
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • ⅓ cup pitted dates
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Pinch of sea salt


1. Blend turmeric, almond milk, dates, chia, cinnamon, and salt until no lumps remain. 

2. Serve and drink immediately, or store covered, in the refrigerator, for up to 2 days.
