Yummy, moist cookies can be made dairy or parve

White Chocolate Cranberry Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 stick butter or parve margarine softened
- 1 egg
- 6 Tbsp brown sugar
- 6 TBSP granulated sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup white chocolate chips or parve white chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- 1 Preheat oven to 375 degrees2 Line 3 cookie sheets with parchment paper3 Cream butter/margarine with sugars4 Add egg and vanilla extract and combine well5 Add baking soda to flour and beat into butter mixture until smooth6 Mix in white chocolate chips and dried cranberries7 Drop onto lined sheets by rounded teaspoon at least 2 inches apart8 Bake for 8-9 minutes or unitl lightly browned on edges9 let rest on sheets for 5 minutes10 Transfer to cookie rack to cool
