I love the way this white sundae looks, so pretty and simple, yet so delicious. Feel free to use dairy or non-dairy for this recipe.

- 1 pint good quality dairy or non-dairy vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 cup marshmallow fluff
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut or coconut flakes
- 4 tablespoon sliced almonds
Divide ice cream between four bowls. Top each with 1/8 cup fluff, 2 tablespoons coconut and 1 tablespoon of almonds. Serve immediately.
